She might be able to dot that in blue cities but out in the rural areas, it's going to be shoot on sight for such collection squads. Here in OR they passed a massively restrictive law on privet gun sales. It was over reaching and well, just plain stupid. More than half of the county sheriffs said they wouldn't enforce it and the law became null before it ever went into effect.
