took the meat out for summer sausage batch two this morning. First batch is about all spoken for by friends and family. Second batch of 50 is for me. Ill probably do a third batch of 25lbs and 25 lbs of snack sticks. It was a pretty good year for deer shooting. Snack sticks go to my learning disabled brother. he loves them. Dont do a whole to for me though.
