As chair of Senate Foreign Relations committee Joe went full neocon-neolib and ramroded  Bush's Iraq War thru the senate. The foreign policy blunder of the century.
Instrumental in Obama-Hillary's Lybian and Lybian disaster, Ukraine color revolution,  and Yemen genocide.

Democrats always pretend to be anti war but are totally fine with bombs being dropped on other countries as long as a Democrat is ordering the bombs dropped.
