Locally the only stores with paper towels or T paper was the $gen, Krogers, walmarts, sams, etc. CHARLIE.  Huh?

My local DG had TP today. Hopefully the stupid hoarding doesn't start again.

We're not seeing that here in Western Oregon.  My old lady did a shopping trip last night and had no problem getting everything on her list and a few things that weren't.  She picked up a case of TP from Costco even though it wasn't on the list.  In my experience, around here Costco runs out of TP long before other stores.  After the first round of batcrap crazy, Costco ran out of almost all frozen foods.

Same here in Texas so far. After Christmas we're putting our house on the market and moving out of this area. It's booming and too crowded for our taste. We're gonna look at west Texas, or the panhandle with less population, and perpetual construction.

Don't move very far north in the panhandle without bring plenty of warn clothes. There is nothing between there and the north pole but a barb wire fence and it's down in a lot of places. When a blue norther comes whistling through you will freeze your Dallas area climatized cojones off. You should be able to get a really good deal on a place in Dell City where it's considerably warmer in the winter and neighbors and construction certain;y won't be a bother.

I moved "from" the northern part of the Texas Panhandle back down here several years ago. If my parents had not needed help I would still be up there.

I don't know if I was ever tuff, I was just willing. I grew up in the town I live in now. Folks are gone now, and I'm getting back outta here. Like I said; fewer people, happier me.

We get occasional -30F temps in the winter where I live, I would think the panhandle is a heck of a lot nicer than that.

I remember one winter it stayed below zero for 3 straight weeks with no moisture. Bout bled ta death with dry sinuses. That was cold dry winter.
