  I don't know, but it seems that if a federal district court dismisses a case, that would justify a quick move to the SCOTUS, especially where possible voter suppression is concerned.
   Some folks here seem to be saying that Rudy, Sidney and others have no solid evidence.  At least they claim they haven't seen any solid evidence.
  I suggest the they haven't seen any, because they haven't been looking!  Here is about 3 hours of sworn witnesses (under penalty of perjury), telling of corruption horror stories, one after another.  At about the 1hour 57 minutes mark, we see a democrat poll watcher, who herself, being sickened by the corruption ..chooses to testify !

I think there's plenty of evidence but I don't have a lot of faith in our "justice" system.

In Pennsylvania at least it is still simple.  They have paper ballots.  Have two people, 1 Democrat and 1 Republican, look at each ballot; decide if it is a Biden or Trump vote.  Pile them up.  Then count the piles, whoever has the most votes wins.  This of course can be scaled with many pairs of "verifiers" so it could actually be done physically.  Why are the simplest solutions so hard to find?
