I really don't post items to "get someones goat", I usually just pose probative questions when I see no logical connection between the dots.  I sometimes pose my "opinion" of possible future events, but I remain available to be wrong.

Given that "conservatives" here are only lauded as long as they recite the company song and once they deviate they are scorned, I guess I am not in bad company.

For the record I do NOT see massive insurrection from either side no matter what happens with regard to the election.  "Massive Insurrection" would be defined as widespread muti-state armed resistance to authority engaging federal troops in a shooting war.  I have seen riots since the 60's including Watts, and the aftermath of Rodney King.  While locally disruptive these are not widespread organized resistance.  Even the "CHOP" zone in Seattle was quickly disassembled once the authorities had enough - since private property was involved this should have never been allowed to get started in the first place.

Does any one here really think there will be armed resistance against the U.S. government, including a shooting war with federal troops?  Talking is one thing, but getting folks to stay the course once the killing starts is another thing.

My voting habits are "proactive", while my shooting habits have been for the most part "reactive".

In 1861 the very "uncivil war" was basically defined by the Mason Dixon line. This war would be nation wide with no clearly defined lines.

Starvation would put a fairly quick end to that type of war. I don't know many on this site physically capable of such a conflict.

When I was younger, I looked at hypocritical politicians with much scrorn, and joked that; what this country needs is "a good honest dictator".

I said it then, in jest. Now it seems, that some are suggesting that since the dishonest, crooked liberal Democratic party tried to steal this election, that President Trump is justified in using HIS POWER, to stay in office.

THE END, JUSTIFIES THE MEANS. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN "HONEST DICTATOR".

I disagree STRONGLY, and will once again say. Let's see where this ends in court. i.e. PATIENCE!

Let history remember us for doing the "right thing". There has always been plenty of time for fighting, and this fight won't be behind the gymnasium.
I have fought for my life, and other people's lives. I don't remember thinking, hearing, or experiencing, any gallantry. I remember pain, blood, suffering, and sometimes death. Luckily not mine.


Here where I live there are lots of memorials for Confederate soldiers, and their sacrifice. They are still dead. They fought because they had no other choice.

I spent over 20 years dealing with the court system. Theres not much you could enlighten me on concerning that court system.  I was dealing wit it today for 3 hours, and all I want to do is probate a will.

All anybody here can do right now in all reality, is wait and see what happens in the courts.
My point is: why burn your own neighborhood? That's what the blacks do before the trial starts.

But, if you feel the immediate need for armed insurrection, by all means proceed.
It will break up the monotony of the same ole, same ole news every night, however short lived the conflict will be.

Anybody remember the 2016 election results stopped updating when Trump became the apparent winner? They looked for the extra votes and didn’t have them. Four years later, they were ready.

Why wouldn’t Dems steal the election?  What’s to stop them? Certainly not the existing checks and balances that appear to rely heavily on the “Honor System”.

That the DOJ did nothing to punish the perpetrators of the 1st attempted coup led to this disaster.

  Why this overt corruption was visited upon us this quickly, should be no surprise.  The communists and Flavian socialists were taking the Flavian battle pattern, gradually crowding freedom out and socialism in , until one day in the distant future, they would finally take over, after nearly all freedom was driven to extinction anyway.
  Then we elected a non-politician maverick; a man who had been observing the slippery slide toward slavery, and knew it was no accident.  So immediately he started putting things into effect which would preserve our freedom, overturning excessive taxes, crippling regulations and fracturing their carefully crafted web of lies !
