I used to love listening to him when he filled in for Rush...  He will be missed.

He was my favorite fill in as well, always used great analogies to explain things.
"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."

---- William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783

Sad, I knew he had problems as he had not been on for quite a bit already years back.
Rush may not be far behind, maybe.

Here's a great tribute to Walter done by Thomas Sowell:

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."

---- William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783

Great video! If one third of the people in Congress had his intellect and morals, we would be Great Again.Walter Williams was a Great American. We need so many more like him.

Funny thing is, he wasn't even a trained journalist. He was just "perceptive".
