For violating constitutional election laws. Constitutional lawyer Senator Ted Cruz has volunteered to present and argue the case.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking the Supreme Court to block voting results from Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin,  stating they violated Constitutional Laws concerning federal voting laws, thereby changing the election results through voter fraud.
It just gets more interesting, and hopeful.

Dee,

I doubt this will succeed, but keep us updated.  I wonder if the Atty General is looking for a pardon on his bribery charges?

The election was corrupt no doubt about it. But the left is not going to admit it, or concede. Notice we haven't heard anything out of the Biden camp lately. Is he back in his basement?

Based on the Constitutional process ... there should be 36 other states joining Texas. Since if the vote is decertified, it rolls to the House to vote with each state only getting one vote, and right now its 37-13 in Trump's favor.

This is great news. The fraud that took place occurred on many fronts so we need lawsuits from many fronts.

I was told in a conversation tonight that Louisiana, and Mississippi had joined in the Texas lawsuit, and Florida is considering it.

The SCOTUS has ordered Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin to file briefs in answering the lawsuit.

Just read Arkansas and Alabama have joined Louisiana and Mississippi issuing statements in support, but have not joined the suit yet. PA, MI, GA and WI have until tomorrow to respond to the suit.

Always happy to share good news. Seriously 10 states joining a suit to SCOTUS to block 4 other states for vote irregularities. I will laugh in the face of the next person that says no evidence of vote fraud.

Yep! If they get by with this, there will be no need to vote anymore.

" I will laugh in the face of the next person that says no evidence of vote fraud."

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously to NOT take up the suit by Pennsylvania Republicans to throw out votes.  Does this say no evidence of vote fraud?

Your post has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. Your trying to find a button to push, that is only possessed by the weak minded.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Read what SCOTUS wrote; they rejected a request for injunctive relief to stop certification (nothing about throwing out votes) which is only half of the petition. There's also no indication it was unanimous, that's your claim. It was also not the only petition, and there are other cases with greater legal ramifications than this one which the court is going to pick up. SCOTUS routinely rejects some petitions in order to keep their docket (which is limited) open for those cases most interesting to SCOTUS ... like a case from Texas maybe? It is not a reflection on the merit of the petition at all truthfully. SCOTUS did not say what you think they said. But you're in good company; MSM is running with the same narrative in their echo chamber.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I will be the first to admit I was wrong, IF the Supreme Court takes a case AND rules that ANY STATE's election or slate of electors is invalid, fraudulent, unconstitutional or any other finding which invalidates that State being counted for Joe Biden.  Check me on this.

18 states are now in the case ... 18. Hard to call that a conspiracy theory. That’s 18 state AGs. And more US Congressmen are expressing their support to the case.

As TN said. God Bless Texas.

The GA state reps are worried about pushing back against the fraud. Saying the left will burn down Atlanta and blame them. So in other words, intimidation from the left wing mob works.

We on the right need to get organized.  Not for civil war but to provide a counter balance. The lack of organized pushback from avg citizens is our greatest weakness as the Pols we elected as our representatives are not up to the job.

When the left holds a gun to their own head like a certain scene in blazing saddles, we should probably just say go ahead.

Forgive me, but if the left wants to burn down the cities they live in, I do not care who they blame. Winter is cold.

As long as it isn't the taxpayers who have to rebuild them. Make Soros do it he's an instigator in all this.

One real way conservatives could organize is to stop funding the left's antics. Stop buying from them, stop watching them (to include the professional minstrels who call themselves *cof "athletes") stop using their platforms, just stop. You can't make Soros do anything, but you can bleed his wallet.
