Joe Manchin.. is he a trickster?

  When Joe is on TV making his remarks, he sounds almost conservative on many issues !
 ...But when push comes to shove...he always votes with the Democrats..

  Are his conservative sound bites, only for his constituents' consumption..hoping they swallow it?

The eyes may be the windows to your heart, BUT the HANDS, are the windows to your Soul.

You could also say I suppose, the eyes are the windows to your soul, but your hands tell the truth.

i.e. Years ago I watched a young black guy tell a threatening white loudmouth once; don't tell me what you're gonna do. Do it, then tell me what you done.

Joe Manchin can "say" anything he wants, but I judge him on what he does.

I don't question what he is. Its right out there to see.
