Apparently pollster Rasmussen also considers the 2020 election to have been stolen.

Last night Fox News had a couple of guest talking about the 12nd amendment and how it would have to be initiated. There are a few things that would have to happen before it could be used. A stalemate for what ever reason is one of them. It would be in the hands of the VP, and the speaker of the House. But once enacted the inauguration would be put on hold pending the outcome. Pelosi would only be someone like a referee.

But the very thought that the 12th is being consitered is a step in the right direction. The states single vote process would make Trump the hands down winner. 28 to 22 possible known votes, could end up being even more in Trumps column.

I doubt he'll buck the establishment. Most won't when the spotlight is on themselves.

Sadly I think you guys are right. Pence is a decent guy but he doesn't seem to have the nutsack to do what's right. I hope he proves me wrong but when it comes to Washington my expectations are very low.

From what little research I've personally done, and articles on Parler, Pence is nuthin more than a moderator, and tie breaker in Congress.
He has no power to refuse vote counts in States.

Pence looks to be sitting on the sidelines on this. He has his own political aspirations beyond this election and that factors in.

I have no idea what his political aspirations are. He seems to be loyal to Trump throughout the 4 year administration, but I'm not surprised by much after a year like 2020.
The local newspaper owner/editor is a friend of mine, and when I dropped by today, he assured me that Trump was about to make a huge chessboard move on all this.
He studies this stuff and has all kinds of contacts, but although I like his version of the ultimate outcome, paranoia gets the best of me.

Pence is supposed to be scheduled to leave Washington the 7th of January for an overseas tour. If that holds then I don't see him rocking the boat and damaging his political career in the Repub party. Yes he has been supportive of Trump but only in his duties as VP. I haven't seen him step up beyond that.

The Jan 6th challenge looks like a long shot but fingers crossed somehow it works out and Trump has four more years.

Well I'm assuming your information is good on Pence quiting politics after this election, but his stabbing Trump in the back is pure speculation. It could mean he's going all in defending Trump.

I think the only way this thing gets turned around is to take drastic action to counter the enormous fraud and lack of justice for our democratic system of selecting our President. President Trump is still Commander in Chief of the U.S. military; he should issue the order to take Biden and his commie replacement out. In my opinion this is the only way to save our Republic as we know it.

I won't be holding my breath.
