   UH ..he wants to be ordained by next year..  Are we to assume he has been studying for years, and by next year he will have been living a spiritual, separated life long enough to be considered?

   2 Timothy 3, speaks of the necessary attributes a pastor, elder or deacon must have before they should even be considered for the position.
