Well, Pence has been a good Vice President regardless of yesterday. I can't find a thing where he could change voting outcome.
The mob led break in during session didn't help.

Trump disagrees with you:

Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!

LMAO!

He disagrees with you also. You think think the riot, and burglary was "worth it ", and Trump is for law and order.
Post here, where the Constitution gives Mike Pence, the authority to overturn state elections.

Looks like about 9/10ths of politicians are purely opportunists.

Pence is second to Judas in historical betrayal.  He had the procedural power to bring to light the vote fraud of several states during the certification.  Instead after Antifa agents broke up the certification and airing of grievances, he presided over a dead of night  behind closed doors certification unheard by Americans.
Pence will forever be known for his death blow to American democracy by putting his seal on fraudulent elections without recourse and thus the establishment of the socialist Corruptocracy of America.

And I also think  he and staff were the 'leak' thst plaqued Trump for 4 years.

Where in the Constitution does it give the vice president the power to declare state votes null and void?

See TM7's reply. Pence could have done what was done in 1876, there's historical precedence. He was our last hope at stopping the steal and he chose to turn tail and run. You're okay with that?

"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny." The British government at the time of the revolution was for "law and order" as well. Luckily the Patriots who dumped tea into Boston Harbor weren't for "law and order" or we'd still be part of England.

The Con gave Pence the duty to last chance examine complaints of fraud as voiced by those electoral college state reps whole challenged their state vote....about 10 of them. And each challenge would have gotten a 2hr hearing.

After Biden's Antifa terrorists broke up the oroceedings, rather than proceed the next day, Pence opted for a dead of night closed communist style proceeding to essentially put his seal on the first day of the new Soviet States of America. It was his party.

Its ashame and he's the Judas goat to 150 million Americans.  And his silence thru out the Trump years was perpetual Last Supper.

.TM7

But TM, the important thing is, the politicians were scared of the rioters. For the first time in a long time, they felt fear. That's how its done.

Send pro Trump defenders scurrying for their lives, from a hearing in fear, so they'll come back and do the right thing.

Worked out great didn't it?

Luckily the Patriots who dumped tea into Boston Harbor weren't for "law and order" or we'd still be part of England.

Trump has called the Capital takeover, vandalism, and rioters actions as "HEINOUS".
I personally support our current President and his "law and order agenda", apparently some don't.
Trump had about 200 Congressmen in that hearing DEFENDING TRUMP, when the criminals your defending broke the hearing up.

I have asked yourself, and TM for passages in our Constitution stating that the vice president can change, or dismiss electoral votes from any states.
I'm still waiting.

The dust is far from settled. Again. What power does the Constitution give Pence to throw out or change any States ' electoral votes? How does what Congress did, end up on Pences' shoulders?

If Pence actually did what your saying he did, I think folks like Cruz would be howling into every microphone he could find.

Sean Hannity would be pummeling Pence every night.

So you're agreeing, the storming of the building at that exact time was a false flag attack staged Biden's goons.?
.
.TM7

I have no idea how you came to that conclusion. I didn't allude to anything remotely to that scenario.

But I'm still waiting on your pointing out where in the Constitution does it give Pence the power to do what you say he should have done and allegedly didn't.

"Where" in the Constitution is this power that Mike Pence allegedly has, and "what " is this alleged power?
