Fit for a king
« on: January 11, 2021, 02:56:23 PM »
Seared back strap and eggs with toast for breakfast. Me and my daughter had a fine meal. She had hers plain fried in bacon grease still squealing. (Rare). I had mine rolled in flower, dipped in egg, rolled in bread crumbs and fried in olive oil bacon grease mix medium rare. My son had deer/burger meatball sandwich with mozzarella cheese. I had two fried eggs with toast and I used the rest of the egg wash and made a cheese omelette for her. Not a crumb left.
