Freedom of speech as applied in the first amendment, does not cover personally owned properties, be they corporations, a restaurant or any other business where the speech conflicts with the intentions of the owner..take it or leave it.
I don't know where the TV/movie company is an exception, except where it comes to NEWS programs, where there is a burden on the journalistic profession, to be truthful and balanced. Of course, the owner of such and established entity can demand his employees be untruthful..then they can choose to..lie or be fired..
then the individual "journalist", can maintain their dignity, or play the subterfuge game.
