So now one of the city managers in an
adjacent county is blaming the residents
that are leaving a water faucet dripping
for the community's water crisis.
His words were (not verbatim) that people
need to open the cabinet doors and allow
heaters to keep pipes thawed, and to
utilize additional portable heaters or
heat tapes as necessary to keep pipes from
freezing.
Popeye would say "WELL BLOW ME DOWN! !"
if we had electrical power to do all that, there
wouldn't be any problems in the first place.
Where do they get these people from?
Not to mention that those without power
won't being seeing that television announcement
