Trump ran so called "Dr." Fausi, better know as "Dr." Farce or "Dr." Fraud, off and we didn't hear much from him. Now slow jo, Homer's brother, (see Jeff Dunham's dummy), has brought him back into the spotlight and he's making proclamations every day. Slow jo and Homer have the same traits; They are both dummies and someone tells them what to say. Homer is funny, slow jo is just stupid.
