MASADA to me shows how dedicated satans people were in the old world. The romans were satans people, they had numerous idols and false gods. They hated the Jews because they worshipped the REAL GOD. Many of the Jews retreated to the mountain fortress of Masada, to not only be left alone but to survive. They would live there in peace as long as possible.

The romans ego and pure brutality could not accept the Jews not obeying them, thy simply HAD to to teach them a lesson likely by many brutal tortures, before finally murdering them.
Forgot how many months of hard work building a ramp for their seige engine to get within striking range of the Jews on top of that mountain, GOTTA KILL EM. I can't imagine having that much hatred and go through all those long months of hauling rock, etc by hand to build A huge ramp like they did, just to kill JEWS?? That's a LOT of hate and dedication, just to kill JEWS. Satan was very much alive and well then, just as he is today.
When the romans finally broke through the walls they found their hated enemies, dead. The Jews decided it would be better to die as free men, than live as slaves to evil idol worshippers. MASADA to me is a shining example just how far satan will go to steal souls. Theirs, yours, and mine. CHARLIE.

  Interesting to note...
  From 1948, until the Israelis procured nuclear capability, they as a nation were dedicated to the "Masada plan'.  That is to say , that if attacked by a coalition of their neighbors, they would do as their ancestors did at Masada... go down resisting to the last!

  Once they obtained nuclear capability, they reverted to the "Samson" pattern.  That is, if attacked and about to be over run, they woud go down...taking their enemies with them!

    It seems to have kept serious war from breaking out since then.

  A shame.....Pres Trump had some of the Arab nations ready and willing to cooperate a nd jointly prosper with Israel...but we have no idea what the Biden Regime will do.  It doesn't look good though, since Biden is apparently cowed by the deeply Islamist "gang of four"!

My old windows 7 computer doesn't have good sound so I do videos after I go to bed on my mini ipad.

Ironglow's explanation cleared it up for me, and my opinion is what I've said all along, If you try to nuke the Israelis, they will turn the middle east into one giant smoking hole.
I'm sure they have warheads aimed at every city there, so look out if you start something nuclear.

In conventional warfare, they are pretty much unbeatable.

I have studied the stand at Masada, from several different sources, and still find it fascinating.  As is well known, the final warriors left at Masada, faced a dilemma.  Why?  Well, they didn't want to be taken alive, but suicide was taboo.
 
  So the warriors decided to kill one another, ...which still left one man alive who had to commit suicide.  So, they drew lots to decide who the remaining one would be, who had to commit suicide.

     I also like to keep uo to date with archaeological events in the Holy land..  A few years ago, archaeologists, still working on a previously undisturbed part of the mount, came upon a steps, which had pottery shards scattered across the steps.  These shards had numbers or symbols (can't recall which) inscribed upon them.  The archaeologists believe this was the shards used in deciding the suicide issue.

I think that sums up what most Israelis think.   But, they now have "liberal" troubles just like we do here, so if pushed, the old guard will destroy the country before they lose it to queers etc.  IMO

Thanks to GOD and President Trump there are FOUR more peace agreements with the godless ones. He did so very  much for Israel and peace, hopefully eviljoe and nasty nancy won't screw it up. The romans were extremely cruel, once they decided to do something they did it no matter what it took, kinda like the godless ones today.
