I have one in .270, nice rifle and all but I just got a Winchester Mod 70 in .270 which, if it shoots well, will replace it as my go-to deer rifle. It does have a nice trigger though, never measured it, but it does break cleanly and has never failed to put a hole where I want it, but the Mod 70 was one of my first LA rifles, and had been missing it. My first Mod 70 was what they called a Ranger Model, which was just a cheaper stock than a standard Mod 70, and maybe a slightly shorter barrel.
