Curiously, with the government being involved in the illicit drug business, by making it licit, they will have to add charges for inspections, testing, guarded distribution and licensing etc.
Then add a hefty tax..as they did with cigarettes, and the addicts will be driven back to the street seller, who can sell stronger and perhaps more dangerous stuff for less money..
Then...keep up the schools closed, the mask and shutdown restrictions going, and the leftists will manufacture still more addicts.
