McMillan stocks worth the $$

I've got a hunting rifle - Abolt 300WSM with a bang'd up stock.

 I got a gander at McMillan's prices  :shock:   - are they worth it for a hunting rifle or should I go to boyd's and pillar bed me a new wood stock?

  What's your opinion.
