Here in Ga. they have lowered the requirements to graduate from high school and most of the dummies waste the first year of college in remedial subjects.
They have, to me, ruined a generation when they stopped teaching cursive writing.
Well, when I started university 58 years ago I gave up cursive except for my signature because I could print faster and could read my notes better. I managed to graduate in engineering and even to work on a couple of masters degrees in seminary over the years. I know that makes me a dummy, but I seem to have done moderatly well. I see no value in cursive except for signatures.
I print everything too. Mainly because my cursive is horrible.
But with your degrees you are no dummy.
My point was, the school system is dumbing down the education system, IMO, and the parents are allowing it to happen.
In my county, the kids who excel are from India and Asia.
The white parents who want their kids to excel, send them to private school, the black kids, who are saddled in most cases with a single mom parent, are sucking hind t*t.
