I have to wonder if that speech was edited before we got to see it.  Or does Joe have a very good double.  There is no way that Joe himself could have made it through that presentation without a boat load of confused fumbles.  Even in Joe's hay day he could never have talked that long without half a dozen gaffs.  It would be interesting to hear from a brain doctor about available drugs and what the downside is if used.
