Originally from Midland, Dr. Bartlett pioneered this treatment in Odessa with quite a few patients and shared his results and was immediately condemned as another quack trying to profit off of the pandemic. It wasn't politically correct to actually find an inexpensive treatment for people suffering from covid. He published a medical paper on his findings for peer review, has been consulted with by hospitals across the country who refused to not exhaust every avenue in treating covid. The majority of people put on a ventilator do not survive. He was ostracized by the Midland/Odessa medical community for not being politically correct and not following the Fauci guidelines and treatment with budesonide there has been in large part refused by the attending docs at the hospitals.
