Anyone know any of the "in's & outs" for Minnesotas laws on CCH? I was tempted to take the class for it, but I have been told by one of my friends that it is pretty difficult to get, unless you have a "good" reason to have the permit. On the other hand, I have heard they had dropped that idea and they couldn't deny you the permit if you had a clean background check and you take the gun safety and tactical course. I don't know what to believe any more. I don't want to spend almost $200 dollars for the training and not be able to do anything with my certificate. Thanks for any information I can get!
