One consolation..this is in Iowa, not California, so if convicted he may serve his full time. Sadly, it is possible the confessed killer may yet walk...because the person who obtained the confession from the killer, when Mirandizing him, missed a couple words, because she was doing it from memory, rather than reading it !
Unfortunately, Iowa abolished their death penalty in 1965.
This should stand as a monumental example why we should be maintaining a serious southern border, rather than a Biden free-for-all !
