Yeah, saw that on the news. It wasn't cranked up yet when the shooting happened.
It was supposed to be "a festival" for kid stuff honoring George Floyd, a convicted child abuser.

The ironic thing about this video is right as the reporter is mentioning Biden and "Police reform" you hear shots ring out in the hood. There are literally dozens of shots fired with people running for cover. It takes a couple shots before the reporter realize he better run for cover too.
