Gee, I didn't think THAT was gonna happen!
Waaaay back, a friend shot a full can of beer soda off of the hood of his car.  The hydraulic shock left a perfect circle embossed into the car, from the bottom of the can.  Badge of honor?!?

I'd call that a mark of stupidity.  I found a crusty old can of beer in my house when I bought the place and I saved it to shoot.  My .45-70 blew it up nicely but all the other targets ended up smelling like beer.  We only keep targets long enough to show off anyway but those were some smelly targets when we finally tossed them.  My grandsons were really impressed by the exploding beer can.  After that I introduced them to shooting jugs of water...

I could not find any sound. Biggest problem I saw there and in real life with recoil is leaning BACK instead of forward. Lean INTO it, not AWAY from it. CHARLIE.

Biggest problem I see is idiots who don't know how to shoot correctly and don't respect the sport handing a gun to someone who never shot before, holding a camera waiting for a bad outcome. In some frames you can see a person standing behind them waiting to catch them.

A lot of the time it looks like the idiot was the"instructor" who gave a non shooter a gun they could not handle. If you teach a kid to hit a baseball you don't knock him down with the first pitch. This morning I take my grandson 6 for his first range day. He saw someone at Gettysburg fire the musket. That is what he wants to shoot.  Only .22 today. The 10 year old will be out next week. He shoots. He graduates from .22 this time. I have worked up reduced loads for the .58 Enfield and Trapdoor Springfield. They will still make big smoke.
