The stupid stance of "proportional response" in ..

  Again, Israel is accused of not giving a "proportional response" to the attacks by Hamas.

  First off, when an enemy rains over 4000 missiles down on your civilian centers, what is a fair proportional response?

  The misled folks seem to think that the response should only be enough to make them stop, at least temporarily.

  Such a stupid idea only assures that the hostilities would continue..better that the response be enough to stop the enemy on a more permanent basis....make it too costly to continue.

That is all interesting except for the fact Palestinians are the ones being ejected from their homes; and they have no DoD, no standing army but for a handfull of militia that appear to be amateur rocket hobbyists.  Hardly a threatening high tech guided missile space force. Let's try to be realistic.

   Then of , they shouldn't be raining down missiles upon their neighbors..  Perhaps a negotiated peace with understandable concessions on both sides.
  Israel has already made concessions. They handed over the Sinai to Egypt for peace...and so far the Egyptians have honored that agreement.
   Don't forget, the Gaza Strip was also handed over on the promise of peace in 2005, but obviously the Hamas leaders lack any vestige of honor.

  BTW; Israel handed over both Sinai and Gaza as concessions for peace..what concessions have these Muslim entities made toward peace?

There is only one way to pacify an enemy.  It is but the animus of the palis that keeps this going.  They expect for the world to hand them everything (where have I heard this before) while they try to eliminate Israel, as they have been trying to do for hundreds of years.  The fact that nobody wants them, even their fellow muslims, should tell you something.

Israel is our ally and friend. that used to mean something and still would if trump was in office. I tire of the politicaly correct bending over. I salute that general. Im in the let God sort them out camp. im tired of our brave young warriors and this country looking like a bunch of flower in there hair liberal hippys. Our inaction just adds to the joke this country has become in world politics. We should be feet in the dirt already. This likely is just a test orchestrated by russia or china or both to test what balls we have so that they can start pushing on there borders without fear of us doing a thing.
