No, and not because of gay players; there have probably always been gay players.  But disrespect the flag and the US and you lose my patronage.

This is all about trying to make homosexuality seen as a norm in our society. Why else do these homo's feel they have to make a public announcement that they are a homo?  Never once have I seen anyone announce publicly that they are heterosexual.  Anyway since the NFL has made it okay for their players to disrespect our flag, I quit watching.  The owners of the teams could put a stop to it also, but they have chosen not to.

Actually being a homo on a football team, I'm betting his end is loose, and not the least bit tight.   ;D

I reckon the last time I watched it old Joe Namath and Bart Star were still playing. I think the only super bowl I ever watched they both were in it.

Last time I watched a pro football game, I was rooting for Fran Tarkenton as he played against Johnny U.

Never did watch any other pro sport, including NASCAR...

Ummm. except pro wrestling, when my big brother was doing that game, back in the 1950s and 60s..

Looks like the commie tactic is to invert and subvert anything and all things that were of traditional or wholesome American culture to  cause cultural chaos. Sofar these Heathens have been quite successful. Why? Because not enough Americans have stood up and said enough is enough..... especially American churches which appear 'woked'.

Yes, I agree with that exactly. So many churches have become entertainment centers, because that is what people want.  To be entertained. Churches don't stand up anymore for what is right, because they don't care. They just want to be entertained.  Hollywood actors always were in the pit with the serpents. Now its so many companies, sports teams, schools, and organizations that are following suit, with the homosexual, pedophile, transvestite, and any anti America crowd.

While I agree that as you said SOME companies, sports teams and other organizations are in full play with the "woke" depravity.. I have to disagree with your flat statement..." Churches don't stand up anymore for what is right, because they don't care."

Please don't paint with such a broad brush... because it won't cover well.. ;)  ;D

Sure, some churches are like that, but around here, I can't think of any outside the "mainline" groups who are welcoming that junk !

...And those mainliners are dying off, becoming fewer in number...and I suspect that as being the main reason.

The ones that last, are the ones that stick to the Bible  those mainliners were once more prosperous, back when they preached Bible.

I won't make excuses for the mega church "feel good' picnics, that preach prosperity and "me-ism"..

I should have worded that differently, by saying some churches, because I know there are still a lot of churches that follow God's word.  On the other hand I do believe there are many that have become entertainment centers to bring in money. Instead of telling people the truth, they are telling people what they want to hear. A nation 80 million so called Christians in it. Why do so many church goers vote for democrats, and why do we have so many God hating baby butchers elected into power? Maybe there are too many pastors not telling people the truth.

Now ^^^that^^^ I can agree with whole heartedly ! The tragic thing is that we have  been warned against such things repeatedly in the very Bible that most claim to honor !
Without listing verses, how often are we warned of those who "tickle ears", .."false prophets' and "false teachers".  ...Church services are not supposed to be a "bread and circuses" event !

I see no place in scripture where Jesus ever spoke about Christians should be rich!  In fact he warned us about the "love of money', taught about Lazarus and the rich man..
Jesus also taught about the rich man who gathered such wealth,  tore down his old barns, to build bigger ones to store his fortune!  He was called a fool..because he would die that night..so he should be seeing to his soul !

Nothing wrong with prospering, but it has no place in Christian worship.
