Explanation of gun and ammo sales..

  Explains who is buying much of the guns and ammo.

  There is a curious thing going on with new gun buyers.  I have personally endorsed several first time handgun buyers in recent months.  These were people who never before, owned a handgun.
 
   I have followed up each one, to see how things have progressed.  I was not surprised to find that in each case, they bought as much ammo as they could find readily available.

   However, I was surprised that most of them have by now, bought more than one gun.

Only states buying more guns than Alabama have grossly larger populations and we out bought several states with much higher populations like next door Georgia.

..And many are first time handgun buyers.  I guess we can understand Illinois, since Chicago is located there..
