all the pres has to do is stand up and say the border is closed for 60 to 90 days to get all the people taken car of. food, medical care. police record check. so forth. and nobody gets in or out. then he can gets all ducks in a row. then he can get all his people in place. run the border according to the laws and the contrition of the US.nobody comes in. check for the virius and any other medical problems. just a thought, how much money are they taking out of our SS we paid for all those years. that money in.it sposed to be owers. not for a illegal that have never paid a dime into. the hard working Americans are getting screwed. I worked at a place 32 years. paid thousands into it. if your not a citizen you get nothing. your sposed to come here and prove you have the means to take care of your self. they are handed keys to their house. keys to their, food stamps, medicar cards. For one, Social Security has been pilfered and broke for many decades. Congress "borrowed " that money and never paid it back. Your check comes from current tax payer dollars, and printed dollars.

As for shutting down the border. It will take far more than Joe Bidens' declaration now. The cartels are now openly operating in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.

Our governor is incarcerating illegals for such crimes as "criminal trespass", and Texans are carrying guns to and from their cars, on their front porch, and when working in their yard, and garden.
He has reopened a closed down prison, but guards, administrators, ect have to be hired, and it will fill up quickly.

Covid in the Rio Grand Valley is up 900%, and these illegals are flooding north as the State of Texas is being overwhelmed with border jumpers.

Governor Abbott signed an executive order making it against the law to transport illegals in Texas. Yes, it's that bad down here.

I carry every waking hour and
realize that I'm as on my own as
the people that settled here 160
years ago
The powers that be have been a
huge factor, but IMO it's the crop
of apathetic couch potatoes that
came up just before and during my
generation and ever since
I can't think of anybody in shooting
distance from me that isn't a user
and a taker. No doers and makers.
Most all of the few elderly people
around here are enablers to their
drug addicted thieving sons and
daughters and other relatives and
friends.  The closest here is living
with grandma and has been in
the big house 3 times I know of,
and county numerous times.
Grandma enables and makes
excuses.
Nothing to be done but buy a
place with a large buffer zone
and hunker down until J day
