Yep! It sounds like a 60s folk song, but it is pre 60s and its message is from the  Book of Ecclesiastes.

Yes I know that, Pete Seeger took the words from the Bible and added the music to it. Then Roger Mc Guinn took the song and gave it a more up beat tempo. Both are very good depending if you like Rock or Folk.
