Marines Rebuke Def. Sec.: “No Mandatory Vaccinations for My Marines.”

By Michael Baxter

Marine Corps General David H. Berger on Monday rebuked Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s edict requiring all Armed Forces personnel to submit to Covid-19 vaccinations under threat of court martial or discharge, said a source in Gen. Berger’s office who overheard a heated conversation between them.

Gen. Berger telephoned the defense secretary minutes after he said in a press conference that the Covid-19 vaccination is needed to maintain military readiness and that he would enforce the mandatary vaccination policy regardless of FDA approval status.

“There will be no mandatory vaccinations for my Marines,” Gen. Berger said.

In a transcript of the call reviewed by Real Raw News, Gen. Berger lambasted Austin and branded him a traitor.

“Under no circumstances will Marines be compelled to take a potentially hazardous vaccination that the FDA won’t even fully endorse,” Gen. Berger told Austin. “You are a coward and a traitor, manipulated by people pushing bad policy on the men and women who provide security to our nation. Neither you nor your puppet president has authority to enforce such a policy.”

Austin argued that mandatory vaccinations have always been a requirement for soldiers enlisting into the Armed Forces, and they, as property of the U.S. government, have no right to decide whether to take the Covid-19 jab. The federal government and President Biden would decide for them, Austin said.

“They’re incapable of making informed decisions. So we, their leaders, make the big decisions they cannot,” Austin said. “Biden and Harris are in charge, not individual soldiers.”

Then Austin got political: “If conservatives and evangelicals see our fighting forces getting vaccinated, they’ll be more likely to get vaccinated themselves,” Austin said.

Gen. Berger said it was unfair to compare established vaccinations with a product that was rushed to market with little concern for side effects. He called the CDC and Dr. Fauci corrupt, and he asked Austin why the puppet administration hid from the public an NIH report linking the vaccination to thousands of fatalities.

“If someone dies, you say it was Covid-19. There’s a refusal to admit the vaccination carries side effects that can include death in certain individuals.”

“I’m not a physician. I’m the Secretary of Defense for Joseph R. Biden, and I follow orders,” Austin retorted.

“In case you haven’t heard, Biden’s not in charge of the military, and neither are you. You can sell whatever lies you want to the media. You sold your soul, Lloyd, and I hope you can live with yourself,” Gen. Berger said.

Gen. Berger said he had the support of other Joint Chiefs of Staff and would implore them to ignore unlawful orders coming from the illegitimate administration.

“If a soldier wants the vaccination, fine. If not, he’s not rolling up his sleeve. If you try to forcibly vaccinate even one of my Marines, you better come armed,” Gen. Berger said, and hung up the phone.

In a statement Monday afternoon, Biden said he strongly supports Austin’s message and that he is “eager to see” the Covid-19 vaccination added to the battery of vaccinations soldiers receive upon joining the military.

The radical left has been replacing leaders in our military with leaders that carry a leftist anti American view. So I figure its just a matter of time until Berger is replaced.  For the Marxists to succeed they need the military on their side, and they are slowly doing that.

Michael Baxter of Real Raw News has a disclaimer on his site that he writes satire and parody. Current headlines on that site include "Military Hangs Susan Rice" and "Military Eliminates William Barr" and "JAG schedules Bill Gates military tribunal." This article is the 4th after those top 3.

General Berger has actually been very pro-vaccine, and the story in the Marine Corps is that he would've ordered it sooner if he could've, punctuated with a knife hand. He proudly tweeted when he got his first Jab, and said "It was great to see many frontline medical workers getting their shot as well," he tweeted. As the vaccine becomes available, I encourage all Marines and their families to get the shot to slow the spread of the virus." He is not the person Michael Baxter portrays him to be.

As for the military and police, retirements are up across the board, and many folks are opting to retire earlier than they could, leaving a promotion and future command behind rather than deal with the trending climate. The choices are conform, go in the closet, or retire.

Interesting times ... my role these past two + years has given me alot more perspective than I anticipated. I'll say this, while many LE and MIL are retiring, and most of them are precisely the ones we need in "the fight" ... they aren't quitting. When the structure goes, and it will, I suspect you'll see us active at the local levels helping to keep things from falling apart. I dropped papers last month, and I've had a number of interesting phone calls once the word went out.

I've totally retired and moved to a less populated area in west Texas. Local L.E. has talked to me concerning specialized training, but I'm doubtful they would put the time in.
I'm just sitting back watching, and will react accordingly. Any assistance I could give to local L.E. would be in the form of experience, and training. I'm pretty limited physically. But my memory is good.  ;)

Thank you.
I've been preaching this for some time, that we have young people who won't just lay down and die.

My prediction is that once the vax order goes into effect (which the whole recent kabuki theater affirmed cannot until formal FDA approval) and the religious exemption requests flood OMB (the civilian office that runs the fed), the military will issue "interim guidance" to authorize waivers for obligations of service, so that service members can voluntarily separate while awaiting a determination of their RE request. The last thing the civil authority that runs DOD wants is a public spectacle running up to November 2022. And given the Fed Public Unions have come out strongly against a vax order (which includes 600,000 federal LEO who provide security for military installations), the administration is in a real pickle - public unions fund campaigns. It would be unnatural for strong forceful leadership to occur here; the norm would be to print more money to throw at it and make it go away as quietly as possible. It will have bi-partisan support; RINOs will claim they protected religious freedom, Progs will have dodged a bullet. Nov 2022 is all that matters to them.

It may also be believed that allowing all the "anti-vaxxers" to leave will open up the force for greater diversity while reducing the extremist threat from within the ranks, and new recruits will all be required to be vaxxed anyway. And they can hand the list of folks separating over to DOJ and DHS for future purposes. Win all around depending on your point of view.

... I suppose another option would be to start another "righteous war" which will attract patriotic folks to volunteer to get jabbed so they can fight them over there, instead of over here. That was good for the fed, MIC, contractors, and the DOD even got some crumbs out of that. The afghan debacle may have taken that option off the table though - not alot of trust in the current admin's ability to run a war. I'm sure they are running some serious polling right now to find out what to do next.

No. Couldn’t be. Are you saying.
