I meant to add that I hope it
was caught on the cheapest of
cheap tackle.
When a crappie fisherman here
caught the state record bass, it
made a lot of my then co-workers
upset and envious. Some even
said that the record shouldn't have
been allowed since he wasn't
properly bass fishing by their
