Of course, painting everyone in NYC with a broad brush, isn't quite fair either. I'm sure there must be some reasonable people dwelling there also. ..Not very many..but some.

Folks from the south, need not feel put upon by the snowbirds from that "Babylon-by-the-Sea", since that attitude of superiority is often shed upon we in upstate, in the same manner.
there are about 3-4 other large cities in the state, and they have for the most part, swallowed the leftist line, but they don't seem to carry a chip on their shoulder as big as a wedge of New York cheddar cheese.
Best way I can put it, look at a map of NY, and see an all red map...with 5 blue dots on it !
..But unfortunately for the rest of us in the state, well over half the population lives in those blue dots.
I am just as pleased if they stay in those blue dots...but the painful part is, they also vote !
