Aldi's Trail Mix chewy granola bars
« on: September 07, 2021, 03:52:54 AM »
I used to buy these fairly often
for something quick to eat, and
I had put a few of these in a zip
lock freezer bag and stuck them
back in the box under the seat
as a something to have after
doctors appointments when
they made me do without eating
beforehand, and as a semi emergency
edible something.
I'd forgotten I put them there
until earlier today, and thought I'd
go ahead and try one even though
they have an expiration date of
last December. Still good and not
dried out and lasted through the
hard freeze we've had and the
summer heat
Something decent to put aside
for an emergency bite
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I like Aldi’s most of the time. I Received a different taste from these store’s during govid mania. I’m not forgetting as I see it again in the future and will be even less enthused, if that is even possible. Don’t get me wrong. I love people staying away from me, butt that is more for my mental health and there physical well being. They have some good seasonal products I look for butt after govid crap I won’t be promoting any of these stores and it’s not just Aldi’s. They all suck because of the pressure put on them by the local govt and scared sheep crappin their pants and reporting everyone and everything. Those that willingly submit, deserve to be submitted.

Aldi's is OK but I actually do not go there very often due to the the location in the two towns where I visit them. (I have started to go To the grocery section of Target far more often now as their mild also low priced.)
Too far away in one town, and too close to Walmart in the other.

First Aldi's I ever heard of was one on the maid drag in Madison , Wisc.  fifty years ago. long gone now.
Those trail bars, of any brand , can be good but I just never got into that habit.

Those sugared oat cereal bars last a looonnnggg time. Kinda makes ya wonder what’s in them. Butt. They are good, although I go for the bagged granola instead.
