.. Boyfriend named "person of interest"..
« on: September 16, 2021, 02:05:20 AM »
.
In the Gabby Petito case, her boyfriend now named as "person of interest"..

    https://www.fox13now.com/news/local-news/boyfriend-of-gabby-petito-named-person-of-interest-in-disappearance

It does seem reasonable that if they simply parted because of an argument..or even if she ran off, the boyfriend
it would seem, would be eager to speak to her family in order to explain why he came home without her.

Just put yourself in his place..  If all was on the straight up, wouldn't you want to explain to her parents, why their daughter didn't come home with you?  I would feel obligated to do so.?

Instead, he is hiding in his parent's home...and the only contact her family has had was a message from their lawyer, saying essentially..that they don't want to talk about it !

He killed her.
There's no doubt in my mind.
And he has said nothing to cause me to doubt my conviction.

One other, remote possibility, which occurred to me..

The couple made their living, travelling and living in a van.  They posted their adventures on Youtube, and apparently had a substantial following.

The bigger the following, the more they rake in.  So is it just possible that this is a publicity stunt?

Sometimes folks think they have a publicity brain storm, but don't pause long enough to consider that if they
do pull the stunt off, and the truth comes to light, they may owe taxpayers a large fee.

Note;   Ben & Jerry's in their stupid, Israel publicity blab, seems to have  done a no..no to the Unilever, the new owners of the brand.

Then there is Jussie Smollet, and his brain dead prank.

..But keep in mind, a publicity stunt, is only a remote possibility.

   Here's a police cam video from a few weeks ago;

It's getting to look worse for the "boyfriend" and his parents...

It seems he has skipped out now!  If he is at some time caught and convicted of something, his folks are liable for legal action.

If that is the case, they too should be prosecuted.

He is apparently "on the lam".  Surely it should not be difficult for him to cross the border, with Joe's "wide open" borders policy!  Maybe he should be ticketed for "aiding and abetting" many to sneak beyond the law.

The parents need her body for some kind closure.
He should be caught, a deal made, her body recovered, and then Dad should kill him.

Inept is the word that comes to mind on the investigators. How he managed to walk outta that house undetected is amazing.
I would be having some family members nuts in a vise.

If I were that girls daddy, I'd be hunting him. There is a lot of information in a nice quiet creek bottom, coffee, and a nice fire.

It is beginning to look like he barely touched base at home..and then split.  It appears his parents have been stalling, letting the law think he was in the house, while giving him extended time for a clean getaway..

I guess I'm missing something or
I'm more sheltered than I thought I
was or something. I don't know.
Seems after visiting some different
places on the web that I'm pretty
detached or living in the past or something.
A good many ( a WHOLE lot more
people) say that if they were in a position
like the boyfriend's parents, they would
definitely help him flee, provide any needed
funds or supplies or documentation or
transportation needed to help their son
avoid capture. As many said they would
help conceal/ dispose of the girl's body
if need be.
I'm shocked to say the least.

Am I wrong to feel the way I do ?

I think John Walsh said the parents loaded him into that new truck camper and took him somewhere.
Probably the mountains or Canada. IMO

I'm as puzzled as you are over that one, Ranger ! Some folks are apparently just not primed to "do what is right"!

When the whole Ethan Couch thing
had happened, I was thinking that it
was just an isolated exception, that
most any parent that was a moral
and responsible citizen would try
to get their child to surrender to
authorities to get things cleared up
or to face whatever charges for a
crime they had committed.
Just because you did that doesn't
mean you don't love your child.
But to justify becoming a willing
accessory to a crime is baffling
to me. What about the dead girl's
parents ?  I guess there's no
consideration for them at all

a hurry
I wonder if something came to
light that wasn't supposed to?
