Yes their hit to kill ratio is between 7% and 8%, which means taxpayers are footing the huge hospital bills due to poor marksmanship.

  You could give them shooting lessons Dee.  As  it is now, they seem determined to fire a handgun by lying it on it's side, before firing.

   You could teach them a new, cool  way to shoot..by showing them how to position the gun so they can push the trigger with their thumb !

While teaching that shootin technique in Chicago does sound appealing, I still don't see it as being worth the drive.

Local Cop shot a Guy Here, couple Weeks ago....13rnds Fired....Hit the Guy 3 times....
