  Here, they have perhaps, one of their best cases of ugly, murderous treatment of a black man, by 2 or 3 white men.

  This is one case they could play up, far better than some habitual criminal getting hurt or killed while resisting arrest !     

  So why don't they utilize it ?  Why would they prefer to use doubtful cases?

What this country needs is another WWII to get people out of this crazy funk.  Maybe a major meteor strike at a major liberal city, or a solar flare to knock power out for a few weeks in a liberal area on the east or west coasts.  Or maybe a giant earthquake in California.  See how many can survive after the damage.  How many will sit around and wait for straight men to save them.

From the video and the history of everyone involved, IMO, the young man was murdered.

IDK. Not a fan nor defender of the “neighborhood patrol” dudes but the “jogger” made a sharp left after the truck, directly towards a shotgun.

The 3rd guy released his video as he thought it contained exculpatory evidence.
