I was hurting for a forum fix, while this site was on the fritz, so I took a look see, if all the hullabaloo at AR had died down. I haven't posted on that site since a few of our friends here, and our esteemed host got flamed. It seems like they should rename that single shot forum to The Greybeard Rap, because most of what I saw, was not about rifles, just about flaming Greybeard and those of us that enjoy this site. It's a shame really, because I know several of their members, and they had a lot to contribute on the old site. Nuf said, don't want to follow their lead.

Just ignore them guys. Folks have a choice. They can go there and get that kinda stuff or go elsewhere and talk about guns. It doesn't take one long at that place to know if you fit in or not. I'd say for the most part those who do fit there wouldn't here.

I stopped in at that site as a guest to see what all the hoopla was about...Their big gripe is ridiculous.  If you can't participate in discussions without cursing or otherwise acting like children then you don't need to be here.  I'm not saying that it is a bad site but it only takes a couple of nit wits to ruin things.  Turned me off right away.  I'm happy here and this is where I will stay.
