I have been contemplating the Arbery case, wondering just why the Antifa and BLM rioters haven't picked up on
the Arbery case.
After all, this is a much stronger case than those of habitual criminals just breaking more laws, resisting ..and paying the price.
Here is as far as we know, a guy with a clean record.. and he was killed in what appears to be a violent and racist act!
So, why are the usual violent gangs not at that Georgia courthouse, doing their usual disruptions ?

...And if nobody disputes the claim...what do they have to riot about?

then again, they may eventually show up and riot...just because it is so much fun..and often pays well, to boot !

I doubt it, I don't think they would risk it knowing all they know now. But I think Kyle needs to go after the MSM, and that wouldn't be that hard it's all publicly available.

my understanding and i could be wrong is that according to the constitution he cannot be tried again for the murder of those people in any court. He could possibly be charged with wrongful death but it would be a tough one because the court already said he acted in self defense and it would be pretty tough to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" that he didnt act in self defense. This is not like the oj case where no self defense issue was presented. If theres noise about it id bet its to scare him into not perusing charges against biden and other polititains who committed defamation and could be brought to court over it. I just looked at cnn and they didnt even say anything about this. Id bet if there was something to it they would be the first to pounce.

One is not supposed to be faced with double jeopardy, but the feds are very adept at handling such cases..
Those of us who have served in the military, may have seen it in operation. The trick is a new charge!

Some GI gets rowdy in town, and may be jailed overnight for disorderly conduct. He gets back to post next morning..he won't be charged with disorderly conduct...but he was AWOL, getting back to post next morning after reville..
If they want to hit him for the same infraction, it won't be disorderly conduct, but rather, "conduct unbecoming" !

Look at how the feds are treating Steve Banion at this moment ! Look at all the "show trials" and hearings they have held all through the Trump presidency, and even continuing today.

I would not be too surprised if the Biden boobs were to haul the kid before a federal kangaroo court.

Consider this, if Bumbles can get something..anything, to 'stick', it may interfere favorably for them,
with any defamation suit against Biden and the MSM...

Double Jeopardy is filing the same charges, on the same event after acquittal.
Going back and filing "different charges" say in federal court is not "Double Jeopardy".

O.J. Simpson was acquitted in "criminal court" for murder, and waxed in "civil court" for loss of life, because unused evidence that couldn't be used in criminal court, could be introduced into "civil court" under "civil liability laws"and not be "Double Jeopardy".

Like i said this is a victory for him and i applaud it but i see it as the spark to new self defense and gun control laws. You know the left.
