  Yes, the one in the Rittenhouse trial..  It doesn't change the facts any, in fact as I see it, the hi def video only reinforces the defense case.
   The real challenge is, that the prosecution was supposed to hand over any material they have to the defense, just to keep the trial on as fair a level as possible.
  It looks to me like the prosecutor witheld the hi-def version, simply because it strengthened the defense's case.

  The move for a mistrial is in my estimation, the defense preparing the ground, just in case it is needed.

A guilty verdict could very well end in a mistrial.
The judge is no friend of the prosecution.
