got my 223 handi today at walmart 187.00 what a great rifle mounted my scope and held  a 1.250 group at 75 yrds offhand. perfect for the first 5 shots. not sure if it is a heavy or a standard barrel though? does any one no the end dia. of a heavy barrel? i love these guns

I have a 270 and sent it in to get 3 barrels, one being a 223 bull barrel, If they EVER get back I am anxious to try it. I hope I have as good a shooter as you found.

Killer, my heavy/bull barrel .223 Handi measures .800" at the muzzle. Or approximately 2.03 mm if that helps....<><.... :grin:

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER look at the barrel accessory page at www.hr1871.com  I say again NEVER! :grin:

Now that that is out of the way, welcome and hang on to your wallet cause these suckers are addicting.  It amazes me at how much ammo you can burn with a singleshot rifle. :grin:
