Its hard to find a video of her actually doing this. they probably have tried to hide it because she is such a nit wit.  She is wearing a stupid mask while outside, and she keeps her hand on the cable the whole time like she is filling it with gas.  Anyone that I have known in life that has an laugh like hers, and uses it so often generally does it because they are clueless, and uses the laugh to cover up their ignorance. I once had a woman supervisor with a similar laugh that laughed at the most odd times. It was used to cover up her ignorance about something.
