Technology will probably have obsoleted
conventional firearms in favor of the
ray guns and microwave guns the military
has secreted away now.
It'll be obsolete for military use by then
and they won't care. They'll have some
advanced technology something.
Kinda like how a kid can buy a laser
pointer at the dollar store now, and it
was top secret technology costing tens
of thousands/millions when I was small
