Just came in from blowing snow; it was 2 degrees when I went out now it warmed up to 4 degrees F.
Had to take a break, my finger tips were burning to the point it is getting dangerous; cannot find a decent pair of gloves where my finger tips do not get too cold from holding on to the snow-blower handles.
Tried two pair, small black liners , did not work; if I stop blowing and shovel, tips warm up to the point I am not worried..
The Weather talking heads babbled we were to get 5-6 inches of snow here, they got hit hard , thirty miles north and farther from here, but all we got was, at most two and one-half inches of snow dust, with the wind it did make drifts, even here 3 feet high and worse.
Single digit to sub-zero nights for the next seven days but the first days in March are going to be above average so every thing will turn into a sloppy mess in daylight and ice puddles at night.
I have never liked the month of March; it is always dirty and humid.
