had a good laugh the other day
« on: February 11, 2022, 09:52:52 PM »
We had a township board meeting. Had a lady from the lansing area that bought a summer home that was up snowmobiling with her family. She came into the board meeting and when the standard meeting was over she stood up and complained that her neighbor (a long time resident that makes his living cutting firewood) had two ugly rusty trucks in his driveway and she thought they were a blight and should be towed away. Township supervisor told her that maybe she should consider buying the gun a new truck! The whole place exploded in laughter, and she went storming out. Man theres just no limit to the stupidity and arrogance of these pos liberals.

An excellent example of somebody who moves to enjoy the "freedom of the country"..
Then sets about to destroythat freedom they sought out!

I hope the good folks up there, told her to go "pound salt" !

I've never figured why people move
to some place they'll never be happy.
I can't tell you at the people here now
that moan about the lack of snow and
" there's no change of seasons here.  ."
and boo hoo about the heat and livestock
and oilfield stink, but they still talk all
their liberal lefty bulls**t.
They want to elect idiots like shoo-mer
and pull- losey and genuinely wonder
why the country is going to helena handbasket
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

We have a good town supervisor too!  He is our Legion commander.  Each year, I am the featured speaker for memorial Day festivities in our town and a neighboring town.

Last Memorial Day, i gave about a 25 min speech, wherein I guess I ripped "wokeism" a new one!
While the guys were putting the podium, power units and speaker system on trucks for the next setup, I turned to Steve (supervisor) and said.."Well Steve..I may have just stepped on some toes!"

Steve replies..."Well, I guess they will just have to move their toes then!"

Last election, if it had not been Steve elected as supervisor, it would have been my daughter-in-law: so I saw no way the town could lose..

This years Memorial Day address will not be an effort in "pussyfoot" verbalization either...
