The radical lefts Supreme Court nomination.
« on: February 26, 2022, 05:59:12 AM »
Biden has followed the radical lefts orders and nominated a black radical leftist for the SC.  She is anti religious freedom, anti free speech, anti 2nd amendment, pro abortion for abortion up to time of birth which only a few other country's have like north Korea, and China.  So being a black radical leftist, makes her qualified. The media is already all giddy over her.  Have to wonder which republicans will vote for her, and the assumed democrat on the right side Joe Manchin.   Lindsey Graham, Lisa Murkowski, and Susan Collins already backed  her confirmation to the US Court of Appeals just last year. The presidency was stolen from America by American hating Marxists, now a SC seat will also be stolen from the American people.

President Joe Biden is expected to nominate pro-abortion, anti-religious liberty radical Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

The White House has yet to make an official announcement about Jackson’s nomination but appears to be following through on Biden’s racist and sexist pledge only to name a black woman to replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer. If confirmed, Jackson is expected to vote with leftist justices on key issues such as abortion, gun rights, and affirmative action.

Jackson is currently a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit where she repeatedly used her power to limit the actions of former President Donald Trump. In 2018, she ruled against Trump in a federal employee unions lawsuit even though she acknowledged he had the constitutional authority to “issue executive orders pertaining to the field of federal labor relations.” In 2019, she used the Russian collusion hoax as an excuse to justify mandating that former White House counsel Don McGahn testify before the House Judiciary Committee.

Before she joined the court, Jackson worked as an openly progressive attorney and Obama appointee to the United States Sentencing Commission, where she was committed to forwarding the leftist agenda. More than two decades ago, the Breyer apprentice penned an amicus brief for the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), and other organizations that kill babies in the womb, in support of a Democrat-backed law that prevented pro-life protesters from congregating outside abortion facilities.

As a result of her work, Jackson has earned the favor of several pro-abortion, pro-LGBT, anti-religious liberty activist groups including The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, which is composed of problematic organizations including the radical Southern Poverty Law Center, the increasingly anti-free-speech American Civil Liberties Union, and Planned Parenthood.

In contrast to how they treated Trump’s Supreme Court nominees, members of the corrupt press are already painting Jackson as an “apolitical” and “historic” choice who should be confirmed by the Democrat-controlled Senate.

Democrat legislators have already expressed their support for any Biden pick as long the nominee will combat “white supremacy” and vote to uphold Roe v. Wade in the court’s upcoming decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

“I’m looking for someone who’s going to be not only highly qualified, as all of the people that you already talked about are, but who really brings to the judiciary the kind of diversity that I’d like, that — someone who will consider the impact, the effects of whatever decision-making is on people in our country, so that they’re not making decisions just based on, which I would like them to base it on, law, which would be nice, and precedent, and who are not eagerly trying to get rid of decades of precedent that would protect a woman’s right to choose, for example, and voting rights, etc.,” Democrat Sen. Mazie Hirono, a Senate Judiciary Committee member, said last month.

Even some blacks are upset over why was it her? Is she just a token choice instead of being qualified? Many of them think she isn’t qualified. And she isn’t going  to be impartial, which is required to be a Supreme Court justice.

She checked two boxes, black and female, all that is deemed necessary by the radical left. I agree that the justices are supposed to be impartial and will add they are supposed to stick to what the Constitution says. Someone forgot to tell some of the current justices this.

Really if any race should be pissed about the abortion laws in this country it should be the blacks.  Since 1975 black babies have been killed at a why higher percentage per population than any other race.  Brown wants it to be legal to kill babies up to the time of birth.  Yet black leaders are praising Bidens nomination.  Doesn't really matter how many think she isn't qualified. It comes down to how many senators will vote for her to have a seat on the SC.

She seems like a progressive extremist with no spiritual batteries.
I always thought it was peculiar how the prog rad left wants it ok to kill babies up to birth, but will prosecute some loser for a double murder if he kills his pregnant wife or girlfriend.
.

I  have  wondered why this hasn't been argued in court.

True. The human is either human or not. Can’t have both ways. Unless of course you actually believe there are 140ish genders?

Under "normal" legal conditions, the blatantly obvious discrimination criteria laid out by Biden would never have been tolerated.

Being in every way better qualified, but disqualified because of color, and sex, is as prejudicial as it gets.
