Does the M-25 Hell Reaper exist?

Some reports of flaming object chased by jets that can't keep up, one from Missouri.

Supposedly a Russian hyper sonic weapon that can reach over 20+ Mach.
And at  20 Mach a few hundred feet off the surface produces a 20 megaton shockwave 20km wide along it's flight path, no radioactivity.

Does a weapon like this exist? ? ?

Talked not long ago, with a fellow involved in producing a major part for our upcoming hypersonic.  He admitted that we have "some catching up todo".. Not much, but some..

  Essentially, it gets the speed because the projo is sent into space, then returns like a meteorite.

   From a web source..The Russians and the CCP cannot "rest on their laurels" however, with that lead, since they each have perhaps 1 or 2 operational examples, while we have  a whole "family" of same, just waiting to be introduced.

heres is what i was told on another fourm. Dont take it as my word because im far from an engineer. They said hypersonic flight is in the near future for one shot missles and maybe is already here but the extreme heat involved in hypersonic flight would make it way to expensive to contruct and maintain a reusable fighter jet at todays technology. They said the skin and probably the air frame would require major maintenance after every short flight. Just look at the maintanance required after every flight of the space shuttle. One of the main reasons the black bird was retired was the extreem high cost of keeping it maintained and it doesnt fly near as fast as a hypersonic plane would. Im sure someday they will overcome it and hell maybe they already have but id think that if it was possible wed have at least a couple being tested here.
