Dee.. I understand your concern for our southern border, but believe it or not, I am sure most here are very concerned also,,after all, it is our country too!. None of us like what is happening there..and I am sure that like you, there are many concerned Texans as well.
Do you recall when I suggested that they organize a "camp out" on lands near the border.. It won't gain any support from Demonrat politicians, but Like the trucker protests, they can draw attention to the problem, just as the truckers did !
Meanwhile, what do you expect these Spec ops troops to do on the border? Do you expect them to set up ambushes on the mixed crowd sneaking across the border? Perhaps they can lay minefields, or
perhaps call in an A10 Warthog for a strike along the river. A few passes with the gattlings and a hellfire missile or two, ought to settle things..
